	Tomer Elbaz, chief operating officer As a musician and music producer, Tomer Elbaz has toured the globe with various musical groups and recorded in studios around the world. As a former executive with software developer Waves Audio, Mr. Elbaz saw first-hand the devastating impact of audio software piracy on the music recording industry. Mr. Elbaz formed BanPiracy in an effort to stop the use of unauthorized audio software by music recording professionals. Mr. Elbaz runs the educational and enforcement divisions of BanPiracy. 	Michael T. David, chief executive officer A veteran of the financial services industry, Michael T. David brings to BanPiracy years of experience in management and operations. Mr. David works with clients of BanPiracy on their financial issues and structures strategic plans for recovery of accounts receivables.
